His name is Drazen Ziskovic and he's from Croatia. Not who you'd expect right? Truth is way stranger than fiction. I was expecting that it'd be a bunch of guys at a secret lab somewhere. It's just one Croatian dude who's obsessed with building the BEST EA IN THE WORLD!
The one thing that stood out for me was that he's a REAL person. This isn't some fakery where they show you some smooth talking guy in a suit who's more charming than George Clooney... but when did you ever see a Genius dressing in Armani!
Bob Iaccino: Hello Fellow Traders, I'm proud to say that we've had four very successful semesters of Bob's Forex Classroom over the last year. I've been holding my daily webinars, open to the public now for over 2 years, I've been privately training trading clients for over seven years and any of my current or former clients can attest that I don't trade with robots. However, you also know that I do advise trading other strategies than just mine alone.
In fact, diversification in your styles of trading is just as important as diversification in your investments. In the time that I've been involved in Forex, I've never come out in favor of any specific robot but I do know that the people putting together this Forex Robot World Cup competition are using sound testing methods. The data is real, FXCM is a real broker and the results of the trading are real based on my own analysis of the data. They are not giving you years of data; however, given current market conditions the performance of some of these robots has been impressive. Having said that, I will be continuing my Forex classroom and for those of you that are interested in learning the way the markets work in trading for yourself, as opposed to letting an automated system trade for you, will still have that opportunity through me.
